What does an AI consultant do for a small business?
An AI consultant finds the work in your business that software can do, tells you what it involves, and builds it or helps you build it. A good one also tells you which tasks are not worth automating.
Should I hire a local AI consultant or a remote one?
Choose a local consultant when the process is hard to describe and easy to show. A person in the room sees the workarounds and exceptions. Choose a remote consultant when the work is already well documented.
Is AI automation worth it for a small business?
It is worth it when a task repeats often and follows the same steps. A task of one hour a day adds up to about 250 hours a year. A task that happens once a month is usually not worth it.
Do we need technical staff?
