Outbound prospecting · Sterling Prospecting
19 booked appointments for a national drone light show company
Before. The company sold a high-value service to event buyers across the country. New business came from referrals and inbound requests.
What we built. A prospecting system that finds event buyers, verifies each contact, and sends a personal email to each one. Replies go to the sales team, and interested buyers book a call.
Result. 19 booked appointments and $10,000 in closed deals in 3 months. The other appointments are still open opportunities.

Workflow automation
A daily one hour task, automated for a Utah fiber contractor
Before. Each working day, a person read job information from an Excel sheet and submitted staking information to a website. The same person then collected the completed jobs and sent them by email. The task took about one hour a day.
What we built. An automation that reads the sheet, submits the staking information to the website, and emails the completed jobs.
Result. The task runs without a person. At five working days a week, that is about 250 hours a year.
